My niece, who works in the computer field, just had a post on our Narnia project published on the Homeketeers blog. Be sure to check it out! (It’s published under her nom de plume.) For anyone who’s new to the story of how we turned our attic into Narnia, my niece’s account is clear and concise–and a good way to find out about it without reading through about 75 posts!
I am insanely jealous of that floor. I have probably told you this before. Still true.
You’re sweet, Ionia! I can’t remember if you already told me, and I’m sorry to make you jealous, but I love it, too! I never thought I’d go for engineered wood, but it was amazing because I got the look I love for a price I could love–and a 50 year warranty, to boot!
I am also jealous. Do you take boarders?
🙂
Lovely. My son’s 5th bday celebration was a Narnian party. He was Prince Edmund (bc he was the one who turned the tide of battle by knocking the sword out of the Witch’s hand) and Mom, the White Witch. We had a lamp post in the backyard, even a tree stump (which she’d turned herself into, in fear)…even the grown-up guests came in costume. =)
What a wonderful idea! I love it!
